After we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 2 days. Please reply the confirmation email within 2 days too.

Step 3.
Bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK account within 2 days. The reservation period is 24 hours. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be canceled automatically

Step 4.
After you have banked it, please send us a sms (this is very important) which includes the transaction date, amount and which bank you bank it to a.s.a.p.

6. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.

7. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

8. Once you have received the goods, kindly send us sms or an email a.s.a.p.!! If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
